What is Exom Educore?
Exom Educore is a complete school management ERP system. It handles student records, teacher profiles, attendance, exams, results, reports, communication, and printing — all in one platform.
How much does Educore cost?
We offer one‑time development packages: Basic 6,500 BDT, Standard 8,999 BDT, Pro 14,999 BDT. Plus a monthly management fee of 450 BDT (VPS/server cost excluded). Custom solutions start at 19,999 BDT.
Is there a free trial or demo?
Yes! You can request a free demo via WhatsApp. Our team will set up a personalised walkthrough for your institution.
Do I need my own server / VPS?
The monthly management fee (450 BDT) covers software maintenance and support. The actual server/VPS hosting is separate and can be arranged by you or through us (additional cost).
Can Educore handle multiple campuses?
Absolutely. The custom tailors plan and custom solutions support multi‑campus setup with centralised or separate data.
What kind of support do you provide?
Email support for Basic, priority WhatsApp & email for Standard, and dedicated account manager for Pro. Custom solutions get 24/7 support.
Can I import existing student data?
Yes, during onboarding we help migrate your data (Excel/CSV) into Educore. Bulk import is included in Standard and Pro.
Is there a mobile app for parents?
No, Educore does not includes a parent portal or mobile app but it supports SMS gateway.
How do I pay the monthly management fee?
You can pay via our payment portal (under development – currently redirected to secure partner). The fee is 450 BDT/month.
What is the “Mypay” link in footer?
Mypay is your subscription management portal where you can view invoices and make payments.
Can I customise Educore for my school’s workflow?
Yes, the custom tailored solution is built specifically around your processes. We’ll adapt the software to your needs.
